For Spring 2009: March 1 to June 15

  • Registration is $155 for the first player and $125 for additional family members.
  • Each team will play approximately 10 games.
  • Registration includes a 1 year membership to USLacrosse, 6 issues of Lacrosse Magazine, the player's uniform, and referee fees.
  • Player must be in 3rd - 8th grades in the 2008/2009 school year.
  • Player must complete this online registration form as well as a registration form for membership to USLacrosse.

NOTE: Registration is on a first-come first-served basis! Completing this online registration does not guarantee you a spot on the team! Registration will be confirmed upon arrival of the registration information and check by mail.
