Woodstown Lacrosse Registration Form

For Spring 2010: March 1 to June 15

  • Registration is $155 for the first player and $125 for additional family members.
  • Each team will play approximately 10 games.
  • Registration includes a 1-year membership to US Lacrosse, 6 issues of Lacrosse Magazine, the player's uniform, and referee fees.
  • Player must be in 3rd - 8th grade in the 2009 - 2010 school year.
  • Player must complete this online registration form as well as a registration form for membership to US Lacrosse.

NOTE: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis! Completing this online registration process does not guarantee you a spot on a team. Registration will be confirmed upon our receipt of your registration information and check by mail.
