Kingsway Youth Lacrosse is open to all Boys and Girls that are in grades 3 through 11 as of January 1, 2009. Teams are divided into the following age groups:

- 3rd grade boys
- 4th grade boys
- 5th grade boys
- 6th grade boys
- 7th grade boys
- 8th grade boys
- JV boys -9th through 11th-
- 3rd/4th grade girls
- 5th/6th grade girls
- 7th/8th grade girls
